Finding Center focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit through a number of services incorporating healing techniques from ancient times to modern medicine. With a strong focus on Ayurveda, a 5000 year old health and lifestyle originating in India, Finding Center is able to create personal and individual programs to help one deal with everyday stress and optimizing their quality of life no matter the obstacles. In Ayurveda and yoga we believe not one size fits all so personalized is crucial to helping you meet your health and wellness goals to live a better life! By incorporating yoga, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional/mental/spiritual support, meditation, breath work, and a number of other tools it allows many find healing and a new sense of balance brought to their daily life. The ancient use of reiki, essential oils, crystals, and herbs can all be found in the programs offered by Finding Center. During my own healing journey I had to find a way to get better as Western medicine could no longer support me after surgery. I've had to heal from a brain tumor, Crohn's disease and a number of other illnesses, I have discovered the importance of incorporating natural healing modalities and lifestyle to reduce the residual effects of illness and find a better quality of life. While Finding Center is not meant to replace Western medicine, the customized programs can work well to support you throughout your return to wellness and treatments of disease. As a matter of fact, Finding Center works with Western medicine doctors to support your care so that you can maintain your care and improve your daily life. My own doctors refer clients to me in an effort to better manage diet and lifestyle, something they don't learn much about in medical school. Their partnership both witnesses my journey back to health and that need for something that they can not offer patients. All appointments are private sessions or consultations. Group classes and programs are available upon request. Events and educational programs are held online and locally.
