This process allows you to challenge and refine your self-perception, beliefs, and attitudes. It opens the door to understanding your strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a more authentic and empowered sense of self.

Sometimes, the voices in our heads are echoes of other people's opinions and criticisms. These external viewpoints can be particularly sticky, shaping our self-image and holding us back in ways we might not even realize. It's crucial to discern which thoughts are genuinely ours and which are imprinted by others.By embracing this introspective journey, you can break free from limiting beliefs and narratives, paving the way for a more fulfilled and genuine life.

Too much introspection can be counterproductive because it may lead to an excessive focus on one's thoughts and feelings, potentially spiraling into rumination or overthinking. This over-analysis can create a cycle of self-doubt and worry, making it difficult to make decisions or take action.
