HAPPY LABOR DAY!!
I hope everyone has an amazing day doing EXACTLY what feels BEST!
AND I’ll encourage you to invite a little love & sanity (Fat Burning style) into your plans.
While most Fat Burners will simply use a food forward holiday as a Carb Feast 💪🏽 @ times we deviate AND use a bit more strategy to make sure we don’t upset the apple cart.
TACTIC:
If you’re going to a party - don’t snack before the main meal. Have the sexy snacks WITH your main meal.
And when you do eat make a point to put protein, fiber (veggies), fat (cheese?), or acid (vinegar, lemon/lime juice) into your mouth FIRST for blood sugar regulation.
TRUTH:
Your body knows best. ALWAYS. Do you REALLY want ____ = have it. Did that cake actually NOT taste v delicious? STOP eating it. Are you FULL? Do you actually need a bit more chicken from the grill to prevent being hungry later? GOOD!
Honor your own signals & meet your needs NOW so you don’t have to try to make up for the fact that you didn’t later.
TEMPORARY:
This is ONE day! Let it be that. Enjoy yourself & know that by coloring outside of the lines TODAY continuing to do so for days following makes ZERO sense.
