We have been a locally owned and operated pharmacy since 1988. JB Compounding Pharmacy is located in Warwick RI, near the Crown Plaza Hotel directly across from the Shell Gas Station. JB Pharmacy is owned by 2 very educated and highly experienced pharmacists. We are affiliated with HealthMart, which has the nation's largest number of independent community locations.
