This month's spotlight goes to DTS Program Manager, Robert Thomas!

When Robert made the leap from the finance world to the healthcare industry in 2022, it came with an adjustment period—understandably so. After all, finance is not exactly known for hallway high-fives and excited crowds. But during one of his first deliveries, Robert was met with a surprising scene: staff members gathering and even celebrating the arrival of their medical equipment.
“I was not expecting that reaction,” he shared. “But seeing them happy made me feel like I was doing something good.”

Now Robert brings that same sense of purpose to every project and delivery. Outside of CME, he’s a family man who occasionally plays the guitar in his spare time.

Thanks for all that you do, Robert!
