Pregnancy is a time of constant change—and your body deserves gentle, intentional care. Our Pregnancy Movement & Wellness class is thoughtfully designed to support your changing body through mindful movement, gentle strengthening, mobility, relaxation, and rest.
In this class, we’ll explore functional movements that can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, improve circulation, support good posture, and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body. Each session combines light stretching, breath awareness, balance exercises, and gentle strength training to support your hips, back, core, and pelvic floor—while respecting your energy levels and promoting rest.
