Last week we celebrated DSP Appreciation Week with a variety of fun activities and treats! On Monday, employees enjoyed cookies from Itty Bitty Acres- Waseca and played Plinko at the office. Tuesday brought gift cards for everyone, while Wednesday featured an ice cream sundae bar and prize drawings. Thursday was the highlight with our annual Employee Appreciation Party at Pleasant Grove Pizza Farm, complete with dessert from La Michoacana Minnesota, live music by Crista Bohlmann, and exciting prizes. We wrapped up the week on Friday with the MN Mornings Coffee truck serving beverages behind the office.

$1000 Sign on Bonus

PSM ensures the day to day support and quality of life is maintained for person served. Day to day supports include medical, health, financial, personal cares, activities of daily living and community activities. PSM is responsible to train and supervise employees on their team. PSM is on call every other weekend. This position serves and acts as an advocate, role model and mentor for each individual.

In 2000, 25 years ago, ICAN was founded by Mike and Tracy Jevning. ICAN has grown from PCA services to now 14 CRS sites and Inhome services. We have had the blessing of supporting some great individuals. We lost our amazing leader, Tracy Jevning, in 2017 but continued, wanting to ensure we provided services as she set out to do. ICAN is known for providing excellent supports and that is because of our exceptional staff, supervisors, and leaders!

Last night we had a picnic to celebrate! Thank you to Blake’s BETtor Spread for catering! The weather was beautiful. The food was amazing. And the company was even better! It was fun to hear all of the memories!
