Get ready for some frightfully fun movement! Every Monday in October at 6PM, your little ones are invited to join us for a Spooky Stretch & Boo! — a 4-week Halloween-themed yoga adventure full of imagination, movement, and magical fun.

Each week brings new spooky poses, silly monster games, and calming mindfulness tricks perfect for the season. We’ll stretch like skeletons, balance like bats, and maybe even meet a friendly ghost or two! 🎃🕸️

✨ Costumes encouraged
✨ Ages 4–10 welcome

🎃 Trick-or-Twist Kids Yoga Series 🕸️

This October, join us for a spooktacular 4-part kids yoga series every Monday at 6 PM! Each class is packed with Halloween-themed yoga poses, fun movement games, and calming mindfulness moments to help your little ones unwind after a busy day.

We’ll stretch like spooky skeletons, balance like black cats, and even fly like friendly witches! Costumes are encouraged for extra fun.

✨ When: Mondays in October at 6 PM
✨ Where: 201 S state Street , Waseca
✨ Who: Kids ages 4–10

This is a tough post to make 💛 Vanessa has been such a big part of our Vibrant Family Chiropractic team, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re cheering her on as she steps into a new role that better fits her family’s needs.

Her last day with us will be Thursday, August 28.

Vanessa, thank you for all the care, heart, and joy you’ve poured into our patients and team. You’ve truly made a difference here, and we’ll miss your smiling face around the office!
