Pregnancy is a time of constant change—and your body deserves gentle, intentional care. Our Pregnancy Movement & Wellness class is thoughtfully designed to support your changing body through mindful movement, gentle strengthening, mobility, relaxation, and rest.

In this class, we’ll explore functional movements that can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, improve circulation, support good posture, and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body. Each session combines light stretching, breath awareness, balance exercises, and gentle strength training to support your hips, back, core, and pelvic floor—while respecting your energy levels and promoting rest.

✨ Focused on connection, stress relief, and overall well-being

📅 Fridays: March 6, 13, 20, & 27

As the year comes to a close, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. 🤍

This year we celebrated 6 years of Vibrant Family Chiropractic, transitioned to open-style adjusting, hosted our first Patient Appreciation Day (over 100 of you in one day 🤯), traveled to Arizona & Florida to continue learning how to better serve our community, and navigated real growth and change as a team.

From day one, our vision has been simple: bringing nervous system–centered chiropractic care to our community — making it affordable, accessible, and impactful for families.

As we head into Christmas, remember the reason for the season… slow down, soak it in, and don’t fry your nervous systems trying to do it all.

290 # of food 🤯 + $285 = reaching our goal of 500!!! (Pounds or dollars)

We will be donating $785 total to the Waseca food shelf along with our 290 # of food 😭😭😭

ALL THANKS TO OUR VIBRANT COMMUNITY.

We have such a generous community and most importantly, abundantly loving God. He made us to be vibrant and thrive and He always provides.

Next up is our Angel Tree. We are helping two local families here in Waseca as well as collecting items for Bethlehem Inn.
