💎 Authenticity, Gratitude, and Love are among the highest frequencies we can embody. Shame, Blame, and Fear are amongst the lowest.

❤️‍🩹 Feeling the feels is necessary, and moving through them for our collective highest good takes patience, love and support.

Daily walks, regardless of the weather, are such an important part of my self-care. I used to say, “I have to take Rosco for a walk,” but now I know, “I have to take myself for a walk!” There’s something primordial about walking the shores of Lake Superior, exploring all her nooks and crannies. It gives me a moment to be in the mindset of child-like wonder; a place where nothing but the here-and-now live.

🌬️ Cinnamon Blowing Ritual on the first of the month (and especially on the first of the year) has been a steady practice of mine for years. This ancient folk method has been used for centuries to welcome in prosperity, abundance, and joy.

You’ll need:
🧂Ground Cinnamon
🔮Your Intention
🚪 Your front door

Directions:
Step outside. Pour cinnamon into your hand. Set your intention. Blow cinnamon through doorway. Let sit for 24 hours before sweeping it up.

Helpful Hint:
💎Visualize wealth and prosperity flowing into your home. Feel it through your entire being!

My Dearest 2025,

As your final moments fade, I sit here with a heart too full to stay silent.

You weren’t always easy - there were tears, doubts, and heavy days. Yet you held me through every storm, teaching me strength I didn’t know I had. You showed me that breaking can lead to becoming whole again.

But the joy - oh, the joy. Sunlit mornings, unstoppable laughter, dreams taking shape, love that wrapped me warmly. You brought beautiful souls into my life and reminded me how it feels to be truly seen.

You watched me grow, choose courage, and forgive. Every lesson, scar, and sparkle from your days lives in me now.

Thank you, my sweet 2025, for everything.

Daily walks with my best buddy along Lake Superior are non-negotiable, even when I’m secretly (or not so secretly 😝) cursing Wisconsin winters. But today? Pure magic. Fresh snow blanketing the trees, ice for as far as the eye can see, and that crisp air making my cheeks look like I actually got some color. 😎 It was a pure magic! Ok, winter… you won this round. ❄️ 🐶

✨The amazing Natalie of Illuminating Holistic has invited me to share her office space at Wellness on the Water in Washburn during her off hours! I really can’t thank her enough for believing in my practice and seeing the value in what Sacred Soul Care has to offer, and for being such a great friend and cheerleader !

✨In addition to the new location, I have also been working behind the scenes on launching my website!
