How do we design a life weāre excited to stay inside if shame, guilt and low self-worth are prevalent? āØāØNegative thought patterns loop in our heads and secretly run in the background telling us that weāre ānot good enoughā to that we ādonāt deserve good thingsā in our lives, or we overcompensate by running ourselves into the ground.
To clear the path, we start by learning to regulate ourselves. We donāt need a fancy class or book, it just needs to be practiced DAILY! āļø
We reroute our neural pathways so that feeling regulated and calm is safe. We get in tune with our intuition. From there, we clear out the old programming and nurture authenticity.
The light starts to shine in our eyes, our vibration aligns, and people start to notice that āyouāve changedā. š«āØāØStress signals in the body no longer feel like home... our intuition guides us.
