We are a nonprofit health care campus, providing care for residents from our Northwestern Wisconsin

Northern Lights offers a range of health care services, to provide support to patients in all stages of life. Rehabilitation Services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, keeps you dancing. The Oaks Assisted Living, with its homey atmosphere and round-the-clock care team members, will keep you safe. And our skilled nursing facility will keep you in good hands with a variety of services and activities.

This month, we recognize and celebrate . Each year, we observe this important time by honoring African American history, influential figures, and all individuals who identify as Black. Black history is an essential part of our nation’s history, and this month allows us to reflect on the powerful contributions, meaningful achievements, and profound challenges Black communities have experienced. We take this time to honor, respect, and uplift Black individuals around the world.

Education doesn't stop as we grow in age, discovering new topics and information keeps the mind engaged, curious, and connected. Our residents love exploring subjects they may not be as familiar with, and we're proud to have those moments of lifelong learning in our communities.

The other day, we embraced the chilly north woods spirit by dressing up our bowling pins as snowmen for a fun game of bowling! Everyone was fully engaged, and congratulations to Stanley for taking home the prize. 🎳

We had a very fun holiday season here in our community! From group games of to our annual holiday party, there was never a dull moment. We welcomed families to enjoy live harp music by Eric Sorenson, along with delicious food and festive drinks. We even had a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus; everyone had a great time! ♥️

Today is ! We honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader of the American Civil Rights Movement whose commitment to nonviolent action helped transform our nation. His legacy continues to inspire generations, and he remains one of the most influential figures in our history for standing firmly for justice, equality and hope. Thank you, Dr. King, for showing us what is right.

During the holidays, we put a festive twist on our bean bag toss game by creating a Christmas Tree board! Everyone had a blast playing together, and congratulations to Terry for taking the lead and winning the prize. ☺️

During December, we were busy hosting many talented groups who stopped by our community to share their musical gifts! The beautiful performances brought so much joy and festive spirit to our residents. Thank you to everyone who helped spread holiday cheer in our community. ☺️

Change doesn’t have to be big, maybe it’s reading a few pages of a book each day, starting a simple workout routine, or letting go of a habit that no longer serves you.
