Today we start a 20 Day Challenge! Exercise every day and eat healthy by giving up 3 foods for 20 days. I personally give up pop, deep fried foods, and sweets. What foods will you give up for 20 days? You can only build momentum by starting. Today, just take a step forward. ZUMBA FOR MONDAY! 5:30pm at Washburn Meditation Center! All levels welcome. Bring water and wear layers. Hope you can make it!
