Edenbridge PACE is officially open at Skyland Town Center!

As the first PACE program in Washington, D.C., they will provide comprehensive, integrated, and much-needed healthcare services to elderly community members in Wards 7 and 8 while creating community employment opportunities east of the Anacostia.
