Tofu "meatballs" are versatile, easy to make, and packed with flavor and protein 💪. They may be served with the homemade barbecue sauce or buffalo sauce (suggested here)… or with the sauce of your choice! I’ve tried them with marinara, chili oil, teriyaki and even panang curry sauce in the past, so feel free to use your favorite one or pick a different one each time. Tofu "meatballs" are great on their own as a filling appetizer or snack; alternatively, they may be served with rice, pasta, or in a sandwich to quickly turn it into a meal. These recipes are vegan and gluten free. 😃👍

No-bake granola bites are so easy to make and perfect as a grab and go snack. Packed with fiber and protein (about 3 g fiber and 5 g protein per serving!), you’ll be amazed how quickly a bowl of these delicious morsels disappear. The recipe is easily doubled if desired and only requires 6 ingredients, making you wonder if it is even worth it to get store bought granola bars ever again… but I’ll leave that one up to you! 🤩
