What are executive functions? Think of them as your brain's CEO – the mental skills that manage all your cognitive processes and keep your life running smoothly.

At their core, executive functions are about self-control and self-governance. They're the reasoning and control systems that help you:
✨ Navigate relationships without pushing people away
✨ Find your place in the world emotionally and physically
✨ Live a functional life that doesn't leave you drained and isolated
