9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Mysore Style Practice Continue personal exploration through a self-led Mysore style session, applying the concepts of Sankalpa and Vikalpa to each asana.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Philosophy Chat A session focusing on the application of yogic philosophy to daily life.
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Peer Support Assisting This session will guide participants in setting practical, achievable goals within their assisting and daily postures, emphasizing the integration of teamwork, touch, and support.
