As part of the Vaccine Access Work Group, PTCB joined a coalition of 13 organizations representing pharmacy professionals to publish guiding principles for state policymaking on pharmacy personnel-administered vaccines. The guidance is designed to ensure patients do not face disruption in receiving immunizations due to unclear or outdated state laws.

We enjoyed connecting with Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) at the National Community Pharmacists Association Annual Convention! We passed out sweet reminders for everyone to celebrate Pharmacy Technician Day, which many pharmacists and technicians took back to share with their teams.

We also met so many incredible CPhTs who are pharmacy owners, managers, and leaders in their communities. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello, share your stories, and celebrate the impact of pharmacy technicians!
