📢 New 2026 Medicare Part A & B Costs Announced

CMS has released the 2026 premiums and deductibles for Medicare. Key updates for your clients to know:

💵 Medicare Part B standard monthly premium: $202.90 in 2026 (up from $185.00 in 2025)
🧾 Medicare Part B annual deductible: $283 in 2026 (up from $257 in 2025)
🏥 Medicare Part A inpatient hospital deductible: $1,736 (up from $1,676 in 2025)

🏛️ NABIP Statement on the Reopening of the Federal Government

NABIP welcomes the reopening of the federal government but cautions that the short-term funding measure offers only temporary stability while delaying action on urgent healthcare challenges.

NABIP urges Congress to extend the Enhanced Premium Tax Credits for at least two more years to prevent major premium increases and protect consumers from sudden, unaffordable premium spikes and preserve the stability of our health coverage system.
