I was terrified when I started teaching yoga.
And then my teacher told me:
stop thinking about yourself — start thinking about your students.
That changed everything.
Now I teach all like this:
1. I guide people out of their head and back into their body.
2. I don’t always demo the full sequence - I lead more with my voice than with shapes.
3. I slow people down.
I help them feel what’s actually happening inside.
4. I remind them: yoga is not performance.
It’s relationship with your body.
5. And in that space... something shifts.
You come back to yourself 🌱

We live in a world that never really slows down constant noise, constant stimulation, constant pressure. And the truth is: stress isn’t something you can avoid anymore.
It’s something you learn to move through. Not with big changes or perfect routines, but with small moments you create just for yourself.

Because calm isn’t something you find, it’s something you practice. Sometimes all it takes is 5 minutes to come back to yourself:
• Remember what you love most — and do it. Even if it’s just 3–5 minutes, and even if it’s not perfect.
• Put your phone away and cook something nice for yourself. Nourish your body, slow down your mind.
• Pick your three favorite stretches and open the mat. Move, breathe, feel yourself.
• Go for a walk with your bestie. Laugh, talk, soak in the world around you.
• Write down your truth — everything you feel, even the messy parts. Let it out and wash it away.

Yoga is the path I chose seven years ago.
I felt deeply called to it.
The journey has been a roller coaster,
but I wouldn’t change a thing.
I’m so grateful I stayed
on this path and continue
to learn and to teach 🫶
