Sunday Online Yoga Classes Are Starting 🧘‍♀️

I’m opening online Sunday classes at 10:00 AM.

There will be only 7 spots available so I can give attention to each of you.
Price: $13 per class (payment via Venmo or Zelle).
Your spot is reserved only after payment.

⭐ Cancellation policy:
Full refund if you cancel 24 hours before class.

Every week I’ll also send you:
• a personal affirmation
• one yoga pose to practice (just like we did in person)
• an optional playlist
• the Google Meet link 10 minutes before class

We will practice breathing, meditation, and gentle movement — just like before.

You Lose Weight 🍁
(And It’s Not About Calories)

When we think about
losing weight,
we usually think diet,
workouts, calories.
Rarely — stress or the mind.

But that’s exactly where
the real reason often hides.

🧠Chronic stress raises cortisol —
the hormone that tells
your body to hold onto fat,
especially around the belly.

When you start meditating:
✨ your breath slows down
✨ your nervous system calms
✨ cortisol drops

And your body finally
gets the message:

“I’m safe now. I can let go.”

Meditation doesn’t burn calories —
it restores balance.

Reflecting on my yoga journey and I’m amazed at how far I’ve come!

From Downward Dog disasters to teaching yoga, every step has been a journey. 💫 Finishing my 200-hour course was just the beginning; teaching was the real test.

My first class was a mix of nerves and excitement, but it actually went well! 🙈

My advice? Don’t overthink it; just be your authentic self - yoga helps you to let go of layers that’s no longer serving you.

Yoga’s become my daily dose of happiness. 🌞 and I’m ready to share the tools with you!

✨ Mantra to Return to Yourself ✨

In the flow of life, it’s easy to feel pulled away from your center. This simple Sanskrit mantra carries the vibration of wholeness, grounding, and gentle strength:

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदम् ।
Om Purnamadah Purnamidam

Translation:
✨ “That is whole, this is whole. From wholeness arises wholeness. Even when wholeness is taken from wholeness, wholeness remains.”

This mantra reminds us: you are not lacking. You are already complete.
Even when life feels scattered, your essence is whole.

Whisper it softly, breathe into your heart, and feel yourself returning home:

“I am enough. I am whole. I am home within myself.”

What is Intention ?

(Sanskrit name : Sankalpa) it’s a sacred, heart-centered vow that guides you through Yoga practice or any other situation in life.

is a deep, conscious commitment to your highest truth, a resolve that emerges from within and shapes your reality.

5 Sanskalpas you can use for your Yoga class:

🌿I meet my fear with the light of awareness, transforming it into compassion.

You need to have a courage to meet your fear. With this intention we ask our higher self to meet what is unseen and embrace it with compassion. Knowing true courage comes from gentle acceptance.

🌿I honor my boundaries and let my shadow be.

Where is your boundaries begin? where you betray yourself ? What is your shadow side? Let’s dive deep inside and accept this parts of us.

🌿I trust the wisdom of my soul’s journey, even when the path is unseen.
