Unlock a happier back with this gentle 15-min release😮‍💨

Move slowly, breathe deeply, and follow this magical sequence for the best results:

1. Apanasana
2. Twist, Bridge.
3. Figure 4
4. Sphinx.
5. Child's Pose.

Stay for 5-8 breaths, soften your face, and let your exhale do the work.

Save for the next time your back feels tight! Which one felt like heaven today?

I didn’t come to yoga just to stretch.
I came to remember who I am.
To slow down. To feel again.
To listen to the whispers of my body and soul after years of running, surviving, hiding.

Six years ago, I was exhausted — inside and out.
I went to India with questions I didn’t know how to ask.
And yoga met me there.
Not with answers, but with space.
Mantras, rituals, stillness.
Something cracked open.

It wasn’t easy. I doubted myself many times.
Especially teaching in English, far from home, with fear sitting next to me in every class.
But every time I stepped on the mat, I remembered:
My dreams are bigger than my fear.
And I’m meant to share this.

Yoga gave me the tools to rebuild my life — from Ukraine to Dubai to DC.
And now I teach from that place of truth:
Yoga is not performance. It’s presence.
It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to you.

✨If you’re on a journey of rebuilding, softening, remembering — I see you. You’re not alone.
Come practice with me. I’ll be right here.

With love,
Alie 🤍

A Love Letter to the Practice That Changed My Life

I tried the gym.
Honestly — I really did. But the truth is… I just never made it there consistently. It took too much time, too much energy, and to be honest — I never left feeling better. I left drained.

Now I still do one strength session a week at the gym, because muscles are important too — but the gym never became my “thing.” Pilates did.

Pilates changed my life.

It became my rescue ring after giving birth.
And I know every mom reading this will feel me — there’s not always time to leave the house or even take a shower, but somehow there’s time to roll out a mat for 15 to 40 minutes while your baby is nearby, watching you, sometimes even laughing at your funny movements.

I needed something that made me feel strong again. Feminine. Balanced.
Pilates gave me that.

No pressure. No loud music. No machines. Just breath, control, presence — and results that I could feel.
My body got stronger, my mind calmer, my emotions more grounded.

I started adding light equipment — ankle weights and small dumbbells.
Nothing fancy or expensive, but it took my home workouts to the next level.
And still, everything fits in a small basket in the corner of my room. That’s the beauty of Pilates — it’s simple, accessible, and effective.

It fit into my life as a new mom. It gave me energy instead of taking it away.
And most importantly — it helped me come back to myself.

Now it’s my daily ritual: roll out the mat in the morning, move my body, feel myself again.
And I’ve made it my mission to share this feeling. That’s why I now post weekly Pilates and yoga flows — to help you find your own moment of strength, calm, and joy.

Because I know what a difference 20 mindful minutes can make.
You don’t need fancy — you need real.
And Pilates is just that. 💫

To be the warrior 🩷✨
Is…
To show up for yourself
every morning at the mat…
To listen to your emotions
and set the boundaries…
To choose discipline
not as pressure — but as devotion.
To move with grace
even when life feels heavy.

To soften and stay strong.
To rise, not in fight, but in truth.
To lead yourself
home — breath by breath 🫶
