Here’s the real tea: birth is sacred, powerful, and deserves to be supported with intention and care. Don’t leave your experience to chance or random internet tips.

❤️Stick with the experts. Get yourself a doula.
❤️Surround yourself with support that honors your body, your baby, and your voice.

Here are a few things every pregnant mom can do for a more positive pregnancy and labor experience:

-Hire a doula you trust
-Take a childbirth education class
-Learn about informed consent & your birth rights
-Practice breathing and relaxation techniques
-Move your body regularly and rest when needed
-Create a birth preferences plan (and review it with your provider)
-Prioritize mental and emotional wellness
-Build a support team (including your providers) that affirms your vision for birth

You only birth this baby once…make your experience as peaceful and supported as possible. 💜
