On March 7th, I had the honor of joining for the Dr. Konyka Show launch party and spoke about cracking the code on menopause, food, and thriving after 50!

This was a conversation for women over 50–ascending into our grandest lives, heart, mind, body, soul, and life!

We spoke about what is happening to our body and why, and explored what to eat and why to support and nourish our optimally.
