▫️By popular demand, we’re adding Aerial Yin Yoga to your Thursday nights at 7:45 with and this one will be available on

▫️We’re testing out Heated Pilates Mat Blast - an intense 45min mat class - on Fridays at 12pm. And if you wanna stay home and make your own heat, this class is also *available online* which means you can attend live or simply use the class recording, which stays live for 72hrs

▫️Our Friday Aerial Yoga 1 class is pushing back to a 6pm start time with .bird.flies

Strength & Gratitude: Yoga Pilates Fusion
Friday Nov 28th @ 11:15am

Join us for a special 90 min donation-based Yoga Pilates Fusion class to move, breathe and give back. ❤️

We’ll start with a total-body strength workout with weights and resistance bands, flow into a core-focused Pilates practice and end with a deeply restorative yoga practice and savasana.

All contributions will go directly to a DC-based volunteer-driven network that welcomes newly arriving migrants by providing mutual-aid support—from transportation and housing to legal help and resettlement services.
