Progress report- 12 days later and I’ve made a fast recovery thanks to:

Multiple homeopathics in various potencies
Red light
PEMF
Collagen and tissue healing peptides
But most importantly: REST

My toes had enough of the remedies and frequency healing so asked for a break.

It looks like a pair of hiking boots are indeed in my future!

I was doing everything “right.”

I ate clean, took supplements, and followed my own naturopathic protocols. But my anxiety and low mood weren’t budging.

It wasn’t until I had my first session of energy healing that something shifted.

I walked out of that session feeling clear, light, and grounded, and I stayed that way for weeks.
