🤧Allergy season is here & this year my go-to natural supplement has been something a bit different.

🍄‍🟫I’ve been taking reishi mushroom consistently through the winter and I’ve noticed a meaningful difference in my allergy symptoms. So far it’s prevented any!

Reishi works on the immune system at a deeper level, helping to modulate the overreactive response that drives seasonal allergies in the first place.

Your body detoxes every day through your liver, lymph, skin, and breath. Spring is simply a beautiful time to lighten the load.

A few gentle ways to support it:
• Simplify your diet (less sugar + processed foods)
• Dry brushing or gentle scrubbing to move lymph
• Detox baths (Epsom salt + baking soda + a splash of apple cider vinegar)

• More water + more sleep

I’m missing India.

Three weeks of Panchakarma reminded me that healing happens when we give the body time and safety.
