Andrea Whitley RDN, CSP, LD Helping women with PCOS lose more weight than ever before, get more energy, eliminate facial hair and feel better in their bodies

Can I be honest for a second?
I’ve had so many conversations lately with women who are doing all the things — eating “right,” working out, trying to stay consistent — and still not seeing results.
And I get it.

Because that was me too… even as a dietitian.
What no one tells you is how much your hormones, stress, and metabolism play a role — and how most programs don’t account for that at all.

That’s why I created The Weight is Over.
Not a quick fix.
Not another “clean eating” challenge.

A real solution — built around your actual life, your hormones, and your unique body.

Inside the program:
🧬 You get a personalized plan based on labs, symptoms & lifestyle
💬 Unlimited 1:1 support (because real change needs more than monthly check-ins)
📚 Tools for meal planning, metabolism, mindset + movement
⚖️ Sustainable weight loss, hormone balance, and consistency — without extremes

We officially kick off August 5th, and the waitlist is now open.
Spots will be limited so I can give each woman the support she deserves.

If you’re tired of starting over every few months…
If your body feels like it’s not listening anymore…
If you’re done guessing —
💛 This is your next step.
✨ Add your name to the waitlist here → [https://l.bttr.to/jkJXI]

And if you're on the fence or have a question — drop it below or DM me. I'm always here to talk through it with you 💬

A recent article suggests that time-restricted eating (like eating within an 8–10 hour window) may improve hormone balance and even boost fertility in women with PCOS. 😲

As a dietitian who works with PCOS clients daily, I’ve seen how small changes in meal timing can make a big difference in energy, cycles, and cravings.

But here's what I want to know from YOU:
Have you tried time-restricted eating (aka intermittent fasting) for PCOS?
Did it help?
Was it hard to stick to?
Do you have questions about whether it’s safe or effective for YOU?

Drop your thoughts, experiences, or questions below ⬇️
Let’s talk real-life results—not just research!

It’s September 2020!! This is PCOS awareness month and today is World PCOS Day! 🌍. Started by as a day of unity and support for patients, researchers, doctors, families, friends, and health care providers around the world. My hope is that there will be more funding for research leading to more accurate and timely diagnoses and solid treatment options. No more ambiguity around what it means and what to do. I will do my part to provide nutrition education, coaching and support. __________________

Dear Summer 2020...thank you for the lesson in being grateful for a smile. For reminding us that the perfect life doesn’t exist. For teaching us how to control what we can and letting go of what we can’t while clinging to hope. We’re entering a new season! But that doesn’t mean you have to get brand new. Sometimes success is found in just staying the course.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but you DO NOT need to look for another:

🔎Meal Plan
🔎Supplement or
🔎Test

Implement what knowledge you already have and be open to learning along the way. Love yourself. __________________

MULTI V I T A M I N S. Does yours need an upgrade? Vitamins and minerals are naturally found in fruits, veggies, grains, proteins and fats. Vitamin supplements are great for filling in the gaps in our diet. Vitamins alone are vital for helping our hearts beat, eyes blink, movement, immune system, healing and more! But let’s be real eating is fun and all but we may not get everything our body needs through our diets alone. I love Isotonix Daily Essentials because with the unique delivery system my body actually gets the nutrients it needs. It’s 4 supplements in 1! For women with PCOS vitamins like B12 and iron are SUPER important for boosting energy levels. Antioxidants such as OPC-3 can even help reduce inflammation. Check it out 🥰 Link in bio under “Custom Health Solutions. __________________

On the top of everyone’s prayer list is good health (at least I hope so) but sometimes we expect God to change it just because we asked. We want quick fix diets, pills and potions to get the life of our dreams. What I’ve come to realize is that sometimes change happens from the inside out vs the outside in. This is what makes positive change long lasting. Change is not easy but one day you will look around and realize you have everything you prayed for and more! __________________

Happy Monday! Over the next few posts I’ll be sharing with you all some of my favorite supplements for hormone health. Supplements are just that. A supplement. Not to be confused with being the only solution. Combined with a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan they can help you achieve results! Today let’s talk about T O X I N S. They can come from many different sources such as in:
🚫Plastics
🚫Personal care products
🚫Pollution
🚫Drugs
🚫 Stress and more

Our bodies have a natural detox system using organs to rid toxins.
1️⃣ Liver- filters toxic substances
2️⃣ Kidneys provide a route for excretion
3️⃣ Intestines eliminate buildup of toxins and prevent leakage

In order to support your body and naturally get rid of toxins consider a D E T O X to include Curcumin.

Curcumin is often interchanged with turmeric. But they are not the same. Curcumin is a naturally occurring compound found in turmeric and is considered the most active component.

Curcumin can support normal Phase 2 liver detoxification which promotes the body’s normal metabolism of harmful chemicals into water soluble waste. Studies have also shown that curcumin can support antioxidant activity and support neurological health.

My new favorite W A T E R bottle even with a dent 😩. This is stainless steel and BPA free. What I like most about it is it keeps my water cold Alll day! I made the switch from plastic water bottles as plastic is considered to be a hormone disruptor. There are more chemicals that fall into this category which we’ll talk about later. But in short hormone disruptors or Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that can interfere with our endocrine hormone systems that can cause diseases and disorders. Switching from plastic water bottles allowed me to start small in taking steps to take better care of my body. Water is CRUCIAL for women who suffer with PCOS. Not only does it help keep you hydrated it and can help relieve aches and pains! What keeps you motivated to drink water through the day? __________________

July 50 mile Run challenge is underway! It was a rough one today but I made it. Just a reminder to push through even if you don’t feel like it. But also know if you wanna lay in bed or watch tv that’s perfectly ok too. The point is listen to your body. Realize when it’s time rest vs. when it’s time to work. There’s a time for everything. Now... it’s time to eat!

Finally, a way to manage your Weight with good nutrition

Ready to crack the code to healthy eating and better manage your PCOSo, Diabetes, Hypertension or hormones? Do you want more energy, fertility improvement, weight loss and peace of mind while eating foods you love without frustration, deprivation and overwhelm? Wouldn’t it be nice to only have ONE voice in your head about your nutrition?

If you've answered YES you are in the right place.

Diets are not the answer. Traditional diets while they work for some do not address the main issue of insulin resistance which makes weight loss even more difficult. Calorie restricted diets such as Intermittent fasting can leave you feeling “hangry”. They cause the metabolism to slow down and the body to reserve as many calories as possible. The body then starts to crave sugar (glucose) for energy causing an increased intake of simple sugars leading to more glucose floating in the bloodstream causing low energy. Not to mention triggering feelings of guilt and anxiety. Keto dieting promotes a high intake of fat that can make you even more insulin resistant creating a vicious cycle of stimulating more insulin production leading to an increased production of testosterone.

I am Andrea Whitley RDN, CSP, LD. I help clients feel more confident in their skin by determining which foods are optimal for their bodies. My clients experience improved insulin hormone health, reduced acne, increased s*x drives, better intimacy, increased confidence, weight loss, less mood swings, shiny hair and stronger nails to name a few.
