With this post we have been waiting precisely for the end of the year, that is inevitably approaching from hour to hour. Why? Because the definitions we will talk about today are in relation to the situation that is usually and especially associated with the end of the year. Someone may also ask why? But it is at this point that we do all kinds of summaries, because we close the old ones and welcome the new with hope.
Not only citizens need ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, but also governments - it can be said straightforwardly that this is a state of being retained, specifically here a preservation of the aftereffects of experience and learning that makes recall or recognition possible and we can stop here, but it will not be so easy with us as always ๐
. It is of course not only that. Nobody likes dictionary definitions, and neither do we. So let's continue slowly. This is a real force that characterizes behavior after the effects of negative experiences, today it can even be said that during the exploitation of man.
Not in every of our lifeโs journey we will have a guide or even map ๐บ of the situation and we will be forced to navigate ๐งญ solely to the end of our roadway. But okay, so before we go into retention from there, we need ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ - a ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐.
You probably still don't know why we use this word in the area of โโsecurity. So many times we face emergencies ๐ in our work or long mission, and we cannot avoid long-term traumatic effects as a negative effect. Then we have to think ๐ญ quickly, adapt to new conditions and apply new procedures - we can only do this with a perfect merging of forces as excellent combination of strength. Therefore, resilience - will be the ability to quickly recover from difficult conditions.
How can we build our immunity? So, if we are self-reliant and have the ability to deal with problems quickly enough or to adapt to specific circumstances, that's fine. But as life shows, sometimes at some particular level of performance we just need a coach or mentor, as in a sports discipline, someone who can help us overcome the situation - it could be stress, trauma, personal tragedy, illness or whatever - threat or even worse all together.
Unfortunately, people alone are not able to remove all weaknesses, they accompany them and are an integral part of our lives. Let's say we are going to the mountains ๐ without a map ๐บ or knowledge, but we have to cross these areas to get to a better world ๐ behind them. We can choose how to do it and individually follow our best instincts, or have a guide to help us do it at all. For those who come with us, we can provide something as a safety net, especially for those who fall or we know that they can, even to be predictable and reduce the damage.
Sometimes the government is responsible, but not always, and our responsibility in business, companies or corporations, also in shaping this term, depends on our presidents, managers, directors, CEOโs, exactly how we perceive this point in terms of humanity. Many psychologists see this as a problem, so since we've already talked about it a while ago, it's a good idea to have someone in your organization with this specific specialty or a friend from the company who can support us.
Honestly, we cannot develop our human resources if we have too many stressors or a strategy that does not allow us to be immune to specific difficulties or environmental circumstances and conditions. This does not mean, however, that we will be able to definitely eliminate it, even if we hire an army of instructors dedicated to this topic.
What types of strategies can we try to use to improve immunity (resilience)?:
- As we have already said, this feature is not individual and it is difficult to correct it individually. Thus, trustworthy relationships are also always the best, but whatever circumstances effective, the so-called group meetings or participation in specific thematic templates or networking training sessions. This solution will certainly help prioritize compassion and responsibility for the relationship, which in turn will improve resilience-effect will ameliorate immunity;
- A strategy of habits and a healthy lifestyle starting with rest, relaxation, eating, taking care of personal health or regular exercise, which will improve our general well-being and increase self-confidence, of course positively influencing resilience;
- Avoidance of toxic and dangerous negative associations (in terms of connotations) that carry negative emotions or burdensome emotional baggage. We need to know that relationships with people can improve us, but on the other hand it may be different when it comes to coping and eliminating stress;
- Various types of interactions are very important, which will improve our environment, so also if we receive much more individual responsibility and commitment at work from our supervisor, we can be more focused on our work, which will force us to think differently with the perspective of dealing with problems, we do not bear so far no responsibility. We will be forced to apply many more problem solutions to the thinking platform that will allow us to be part of larger goals or ideas at the level of our own mind with much more complicated things to do;
- Finally, what comes to mind, if we have no option, we can visualize with psychologists and analyze our past mistakes. Build up the personal clues you learned from the lessons learned, that we need to have better ways or a better choice of answers. So it is just another confirmation that we must sometimes ask for help or even short-term assistance in the form of observation, from which the conclusions can turn out to be groundbreaking.
