Here at Muslimah Fit Nation(MFN) we are striving to be different than your typical social network fitness group. We want to strive to be community centered & focused. Being a support to those who otherwise would not have or do not have a support system. This could be for various reasons (i.e. single, widowed, divorced, children have left the nest or just alone and reclusive. Here at MFN, we care and desire for our sisters what we desire for ourselves. Remember, “Nothing beats a failure but a try.”

Let's enjoin the good and forbid the bad when it is said that women cannot work together, well not in our UMMAH. If you have reached your fitness goal, help your sister begin her journey, if you have fallen down, let your sisters know so we can gather to pick you up and dust you off. Let's build trust, community, healthy & successful true sisterships, truly wanting for your sister what you desire for yourself in action and deed.
