Mindful: Do not lock your knees, keep the legs as straight as possible w/o hyper extending or locking the knees, which will compromise your ligaments and joints- No bueno.
Utilize the muscles surrounding your knee caps, engage your quadriceps and release into your calves and hamstrings, each exhale is a surrender of tension.
