Spreading Gratitude and Cheer: Our November Thanksgiving Gift Outreach 🍂🦃

This November, our amazing Director of Community Outreach, Karen Brody, took to the roads of Virginia, spreading warmth and appreciation to home care settings across the area. 🌟

Karen delivered our thoughtfully prepared monthly gifts as part of our Thanksgiving initiative, a tradition that allows us to give back to the community we serve. These gifts were a heartfelt way to express our gratitude to caregivers, clients, and families who are at the heart of everything we do.

From Fairfax to Arlington and everywhere in between, Karen made sure each delivery carried a little extra cheer, just in time for the holiday season. 💝 Her visits were filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, and plenty of Thanksgiving spirit!

As we wrap up Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Philia Home Care team, led by our Directors of Community Care and Outreach, including Karen Brody and Eric Brown, has been actively showing support and raising awareness throughout October. This week, they’re visiting local community centers, rehabs, and other trusted partners, sharing our appreciation and delivering special Philia referral gifts. We hope these gestures remind everyone in our community of the importance of early detection and ongoing support.

Together, we continue to stand strong in the fight against breast cancer. Thank you to all who have joined us in this mission!

What a fantastic day we had at Philia Home Care! Today, our incredible team came together for a fun and creative Sip & Paint class, where we let our artistic sides shine and had some laughs along the way! 🍷🖌️

It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, get creative, and bond as a team outside of our everyday roles. Each masterpiece was unique, just like each member of our team who brings their own special touch to the care we provide.

Afterward, we gathered for a beautiful dinner where we reflected on our shared mission, the growth we've experienced, and the strength we have as a team. 🥂🍽️ It was a reminder that together, we are stronger and better equipped to serve our clients with compassion and dedication.
