It can be challenging or even cringy to set time and money and energy into self healing and inner work let alone indulging in an all inclusive retreat experience…but the truth is when women pour into themselves research shows they pour even more into their relationships, work and community. 💕

R E V I V A L is a weekend retreat for women seeking a simple yet potent experience, immersed in nature, held in sisterhood, connecting to the vision and stepping into the future with clarity and ease. 🙌🏼

Join us in the Shenandoah mountains of Virginia. Select between three unique and delightful accommodations ranging from an EPIC Treehouse to a private cabin to tent camping 🏕️

Look to nature to not only heal but to teach and guide you into new phases and levels of life that await!

We will gather together with movement, breathwork, sound healing, sisterhood circles and hiking. Individually receive body and energy work and on site barrel sauna.

Linden VA just 90mins from Washington DC and less than an hour from the airport, our beautiful host is a farm and conservation sitting in hundreds of acres of pristine land. Consciously constructed facilities included a beautiful pavilion, composting outdoor toilets, lean too shelter for campers, barrel sauna, incredible 2 story treehouse, outdoor showers and tubs and so much more. It is with great honor and gratitude I share my work here and with you all.

He ignited my ridiculous love of long holding navasanas.

Meeting and training with Sharath changed my life. And obviously my practice. He was a gifted teacher and was passing the torch with integrity and light.

A testimony to the power of legacy. To the potential of this practice and to the hope wrongs can be made right. A reminder to be the bridge. Love and all is coming.

For me Sharath was brave and funny and strong and wise. And like all my teachers I honor their imprint in my life, my voice, my practice, my teachings and my power.
