Finding sound healing didn’t just change my life—it radicalized it. Within weeks of my first sound bath, I wasn’t just quitting my job; I was walking away from my toxic marriage too. I often describe those months that followed feeling like I had stripped down naked—no career titles, no relationship labels, no masks to hide behind. No more people-pleasing crap, no playing it small, no shrinking to fit anyone else’s mold.

Diving into those deep, soulful vibrations, dancing wild and free in the astral plane (at least in my mind), I found the time, space, place and raw power to rewrite my story. To craft a new life and birth a bolder, fiercer version of me. And now? I’m here to pass that fire along, teaching others how to claim their own badass transformation.
