Prolotherapy Shows Promise for EDS-Related Joint Pain

A recent study in Advances in Integrative Medicine found that prolotherapy may help patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) who suffer from sacroiliac joint instability and chronic pain.

Researchers saw lower pain scores and better function after treatment. At ROSM, our physicians have observed similar benefits for patients with joint instability and ligament laxity.

Prolotherapy continues to show potential as a safe, regenerative option for improving stability and movement.

Building community connections at Potomac Day!

This past weekend, Dr. Manthan Mirani and Seong Woo Hong represented ROSM at Potomac Day, sharing our mission to help patients heal through advanced, regenerative treatments.

We’re proud to be part of a community that values innovation, wellness, and connection. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and learn more about regenerative medicine and what we do at ROSM!

At ROSM, we often highlight the power of regenerative, non-surgical treatments. But the truth is, surgery still has an important role.

What sets us apart is how we collaborate across approaches — regenerative medicine when it can heal, surgery when it’s necessary, and always with the patient’s goals at the center.

This holistic perspective helps patients make informed decisions and achieve better outcomes.
