Meet Ella Brei, one of our 💚 year-longs:

I am very excited to get to be working with Joseph’s House this year! I am originally from San Antonio, TX and graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA in May.

Some of my passions include mental health, especially the healing power of creativity, and patient advocacy in healthcare. I also love to crochet, knit, and bake (bagels are my most recent obsession).

While at PLU, I was able to lead programs that inspired intergenerational connections and targeted food insecurity. These experiences highlighted for me how valuable it is to listen to and learn from your neighbor.

I’m looking forward to getting to meet everyone at Joseph’s House!
