During Women’s History Month, We would like to take a moment to acknowledge and honor the tremendous contributions made by the women within MBI.
Throughout the month we have taken the time to recognize the incredible women in our lives, including our colleagues, friends, and family members who inspire us!
We also would like to highlight our Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Marie Morilus-Black who exemplifies strength, grace, determination, and dedication. She has utilized extensive clinical, administrative, and supervisory skills in the mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice system throughout her career with the goal of transforming the service delivery system that is efficient, culturally competent, family driven, cost effective, and customer centered. She also has a wealth of experience in planning, organizing, developing and implementing services across systems with a wide variety of staff and programs. At MBI, she has been instrumental in determining program goals, staff and consumer needs, strategic allocation of resources, and creating a workplace that is inclusive and supportive for all. Thank you for all that you do for MBI!
