Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America.

To explore more effective prevention strategies, the PCORI-funded ADAPTABLE patient-centered CER study compared the safety and effectiveness of low-dose versus high-dose aspirin in people with heart disease.

As the first large-scale aspirin dosing study embedded in real-world clinical practice, ADAPTABLE also marked a milestone as the first randomized controlled trial conducted using PCORnet®.
