Experience Intervention Insights—where powerful video scenarios transform learning into practical, actionable skills for the disease intervention (DI) and public health workforce.

🎬 Our next module focuses on Situational Awareness and showcases a DI professional handling a re-interview with an angry and aggressive patient who is in denial about their diagnosis. The DI professional must manage the patient’s emotions, de-escalate the situation, and ensure the necessary information is conveyed while maintaining safety.
💡 Each of the 9 videos explores real-world challenges in the field and can be paired with a Trainer’s Manual and Learner Workbook to help teams turn insights into action.
