Happy Trans Day of Visibility! 🏳️‍⚧️

TDOV was founded in 2009 by activist Rachel Crandall to celebrate trans people and their achievements, and to help balance out the negative impact of the (very real) disparities and struggles trans people face.

March 20 marks National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day ( )—an opportunity to raise awareness about the impact of HIV among Native communities, including American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians.

In 2023, American Indian and Alaska Native adults aged 25–34 accounted for 38% of new HIV diagnoses among AI/AN people, the highest share of any age group.

This highlights the importance of HIV education, testing, prevention, and care to support the health of Native communities.
