This weekend, HUFPP proudly hosted our annual Heart Health Fair, serving 50+ community members with free preventive screenings, including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, EKG, and vision checks.

From education and resources to on-site care, our incredible providers, staff, students, and partners came together to promote prevention, early detection, and access to high-quality care.
