The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition is a global partnership of public, private, and non-governmental organizations dedicated to ensuring that all people in low- and middle-income countries can access and use affordable, high-quality supplies to ensure their better reproductive health. The Coalition brings together diverse agencies and groups with critical roles in providing contraceptives a

The U.S. Government announced plans this month to destroy more than $9.7 million worth of supplies intended for women and girls in low- and middle-income countries.

Destroying these taxpayer-funded contraceptives will fracture and wrest agency, health, and life from women and girls in low- and middle-income countries.

If destruction proceeds, it will not be just hashtag that are incinerated. Women’s health and lives will go up in smoke as well.
