Today, we celebrated the cities that completed the 2025 Move with the Mayor® (MWTM) Spring Mental Health and Physical Activity Challenge during a webinar hosted by ! 🎉

The webinar also featured Dr. Allison Arwady from the , who shared national data on overdose and su***de prevention.

Thank you to Mayor Leonardo Williams, City of Durham, NC Government, Tigard Mayor Heidi Lueb, City of Tigard Government, OR, and Mayor Lajan Cephas, City of Cambridge, MD, for sharing their powerful success stories.

They, along with 45 other mayors, completed the challenge, leading the way in building social connections, supporting mental health, and encouraging movement in their communities.

During the challenge, they inspired residents through:
