On Wednesdays, we wear pink.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our team is proud to wear pink — and stand with the women (and men) whose strength inspires us every day. 💪💗

✨ The Power of Diastasis Repair ✨
The re**us abdominis muscles, often known as the “six-pack” muscles, run vertically on either side of your belly button. During pregnancy, these muscles can separate — a condition called re**us diastasis — as the growing uterus puts pressure on the abdominal wall.
Despite dedicated post-partum core workouts, some women find that these muscles remain separated, creating a persistent “pregnant” appearance. This can be incredibly frustrating, especially for those who have worked hard to regain their pre-pregnancy shape.
During a tummy tuck procedure (abdominoplasty), we carefully suture these muscles back together along the midline, restoring their natural position. This repair plays a significant role in flattening the abdomen and improving core strength. The result? A smoother, tighter, and more contoured abdominal profile — especially noticeable from the side.
This lovely patient is now over six months out from her abdominoplasty (and breast lift), and we couldn’t be happier for her! Her dedication to her recovery, combined with the power of diastasis repair, has delivered beautiful, confidence-boosting results.
If you’ve been struggling with stubborn abdominal fullness despite your efforts in the gym, know that you’re not alone — and there are solutions available.
💬 Curious about whether a tummy tuck with diastasis repair might be right for you? We’re here to help you explore your options!

Happy Valentine’s Day to my loves! I’m a lucky woman to be with my husband, and this life we’ve created together has been pretty great. The night before our wedding, he surprised everyone (myself included) and sang this adorable, cheesy song to me (“Forever and Ever Amen”). Thankfully, he had some good friends as back up vocals. Thanks, ! Find yourself someone willing to sing the cheesy song in front of all your family and friends. Happy Valentine’s Day!

💙 In Loving Memory of Sara 💙
This summer, we lost our dear friend, an incredible mother of two, and a devoted wife, Sara, to gastric cancer. She was a force—an attorney by day, a Girl Scout mom on weekends, and the loudest cheerleader at summer swim meets. Her laughter, kindness, and unwavering love for her family and friends are deeply missed.
This year, our team will ride in her honor, carrying her spirit with us. If you can, we’d be so grateful for any donation—big or small—to help fund rare cancer research and honor Sara’s memory.
We ride for Sara. We ride for all those we’ve lost. Let’s make a difference together. 💛
