Dear Valued patients,
As you know we have been closely monitoring the coronavirus outbreak. Both our staff and our patients's health is our top priority. Due to the serious nature of the virus outbreak throughout the world and the USA we have thought it in the best interest of all to temporarily close the office for the rest of this coming week (through Friday, March 20th). We have called our patients who had a scheduled appointment this week and we will reschedule all appointments when we feel it is safe for us to return to providing routine dental treatment.
During this closure we will be available for dental emergencies on a case-by-case basis and as usual will continue to follow the highest standard of infection control procedures.
We will constantly monitor the evolving situation and will re-evaluate our office status for next week (March 23-27).
If you should have a dental emergency during this week or into the weekend, please call the office (202-833-1111). You will be given contact numbers and we will return your call as promptly as we can.
Please know that we did not make this decision lightly. We value our patients and are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe during this unprecedented time. Thank you for your understanding. Please stay safe and healthy.
Sincerely,
Margaret Culotta-Norton, DDS
