The Lee Lung Kei & Chris Wong Scandal: What’s Going On? 🚨

Hong Kong actor Lee Lung Kei’s fiancée, Chris Wong (37 years his junior), is currently at the center of a massive controversy. Recent allegations claim Wong fabricated her academic and aviation credentials, passed off Taobao paintings as her own, and reportedly took $30,000 from a man in the U.S. after promising s*xual favors—a claim she firmly denies.

While the accuser insists the "loan" was never fully repaid, Wong has fired back with transfer receipts, citing "trade war" delays for the payment lag. She’s doubling down on her independence, highlighting her wealthy upbringing and multi-story home to prove she isn't with the 74-year-old actor for his money.

Despite the noise and their postponed wedding, Lee Lung Kei is standing by his woman. It’s a wild mix of "he-said, she-said" that has the internet talking! 🍿

Yoo Ah In's Luxury Home Sold... to a 7-Year-Old? 🏡

South Korean actor Yoo Ah In (38), currently undergoing trial for drug use charges, has reportedly sold his $4.29 million (6.3 billion won) detached house in Seoul's Itaewon district!

The shocking detail? The buyer, surnamed Park, was born in July 2017—making them just seven years old! The child buyer reportedly paid the full transaction amount in cash, without taking out a loan.

The address filed for the buyer is linked to Park Hwa Mok and designer Lee Su Hyun, the married couple who represent the clothing brand Mardi Mercredi. Yoo originally bought the mansion in 2016 and previously showcased it on the show I Live Alone.

Meanwhile, the celebrated actor's legal battles continue. He was indicted last October for the habitual use of propofol and other drug-related charges. Despite being sentenced to one year in prison in the first trial (a verdict he appealed), the prosecution recently sought a four-year term in the second trial, with the final verdict expected early next year.

⚖️ Disgraced Oil Tycoon OK Lim Appeals Conviction in Massive Fraud Case ⛽️
Disgraced oil tycoon Lim Oon Kuin (OK Lim), who was sentenced to 17.5 years in prison for cheating and forgery last November, is now appealing his conviction! 🤯

The case revolves around Lim's firm, Hin Leong, allegedly defrauding HSBC of US$111.7 million by using fictitious oil sale contracts to secure loan discounting. HSBC still faces an unrecovered loss of $85 million.

In a High Court hearing on Friday, Lim's top-tier defense lawyer, Senior Counsel Davinder Singh, argued that the judge erred. Key points of the appeal include:

Lack of Evidence: Singh claimed there's no clear proof Lim personally directed staff to submit the fraudulent applications. A key witness couldn't recall if instructions came from Lim or his former personal assistant.

"Delivery" Disputed: The defense also argued that Hin Leong didn't technically "take delivery" of the funds, as the money went into an overdraft account and wiped out existing debt owed to HSBC.

This is considered one of Singapore’s most serious trade financing frauds. The High Court has adjourned the case to November 14th for arguments on Lim's sentence. Stay tuned! 📰

Screen Legend Brigitte Lin Haunted by Cockroach "Invasion" at $141M Mansion 😱

Taiwanese screen legend and now writer, Brigitte Lin (71), has shared a dramatic account of a cockroach infestation at her reported HK1.1billion(US141 million) Hong Kong residence, an ordeal that forced her to temporarily stop writing.

The Incident: In an essay for Southern Weekly, Lin recounted how the problem started with a single cockroach in her study. Days later, they multiplied, leading her to feel the situation was "not a coincidence, but an invasion."

Impact on Work: The infestation left her too unsettled to concentrate, constantly scanning the room for insects.

The Aftermath: Following a pest-control treatment, her housekeeper found the kitchen floor covered with thousands of dead or dying cockroaches. Lin described the scene graphically: "Bodies were everywhere." It took several follow-up treatments to control the situation.

No Mercy: Lin admitted she still feels conflicted about the pests, warning that if she sees another one, "there will be no mercy."

Lin retired from acting in 1994 but remains an influential figure, having earned a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Golden Horse Awards in 2023.
