To laugh, to cry, to breathe, to rest without judgment. Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is trust and a door that opens when the world has closed too many✨

Words carry Àṣẹ, and when we waste them on complaint, we lower our vibration. Choose to affirm, to rise, to love yourself into strength. Keep on movin’✨

People assume that I grew up close to my mother and truth is, that wasn’t the case. My mother was human with many issues and I the son she was to stressed out to see. It made me want to punish her so I created reasons to hate her for not being what I wanted her to be. Then that got old. I had to make the choice to get to know her, that was the remedy needed to heal my childhood scars, wounds and illusions. ✨

P.S this song used to be so triggering. I couldn’t relate but wanted to so badly

It takes a courageous soul to heal and to let growth happen. Healing is not weakness it is the bravery of answering your Ori’s call. To heal is to release the weight, to water your roots, and to trust your destiny to blossom.

Even when releasing others, it’s better to not just let them go but let them grow✨
