I have a new group forming for February: If you or someone you know is feeling dysregulated, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed you can join a Safe and Sound Protocol remote, 8 session group and tune into a listening tool that tones your polyvagal nerve endings.

This protocol has a track record for building greater resilience. Along with the tool we will practice regulating exercises, do basic psycho education, meet in dyads and practice, practice, practice.
