A huge congratulations to SoMoved Nutrition Client Jane Isleib who concluded 9 months working on her nutrition that helped her to overcome some challenging health issues and to feel in control. While developing sustainable habits, Jane addressed health symptoms, curbed cravings, learned to prioritize sleep and recovery, improved her training, and managed through travel, stressors and family management :-). We’ve watched her confidence grow as she reframed her thinking around nutrition from restrictive to supportive and controlled. Jane also lost nearly 40 lbs, 25 inches, almost 11% body fat and preserved most of her lean body mass. Here’s what Jane had to say about her SoMoved journey:

“In the past 9 months working with Sarah [ SoMoved], I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds. But more importantly, I feel like I’ve gained my life back.

After being diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) a few years ago, I had pretty much resigned myself to a lifetime of limitations. I stopped focusing on fitness goals and was just trying to get through each day. I had tried working on my nutrition before, but it didn’t stick. I didn’t have the energy or motivation to keep it going.

When I decided to try again and reached out to Sarah, everything started to shift. From the beginning, she had me focusing on whole foods and building balanced meals with protein, carbs, and fat. It wasn’t easy at first—figuring out new meals, prepping food, and changing old habits—but it quickly started to pay off.

I noticed I had more energy, fewer POTS/EDS symptoms, and far fewer episodes of back pain. That gave me the space to get stronger, build confidence, and feel in control of my health in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. I have been able to run for the first time in years, and I am finally able to do my first (real!) push-ups!

Without question, this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.”

Join us in congratulating SoMoved Nutrition client Yvette Nash for her success completing our 3-Month Individual Nutrition Coaching Program. Yvette shed 3.5% body fat, lost weight and inches while gaining lean body/muscle mass. Amazing to work with Yvette, a Type 1 Diabetic, and help create a scenario for her to get these results while requiring fewer insulin injections (managing her blood sugar levels). Her performance in the gym doing CrossFit has improved along with her energy levels and body composition. Excited to continue to support Yvette in our maintenance nutrition program in the months ahead!

Congratulations to Jane I. and her success in our 3-Month Individual Nutrition Coaching program. Jane lost 16 lbs, 15 inches, almost 5% body fat. Join us in cheering on SoMoved Nutrition client Nate Swinton as he embarks on a Bike Across America journey! And congrats to Nate on his success preparing for it by working on his nutrition in our 3 Month Individual Nutrition Coaching Program! Nate dropped nearly 15 lbs, 12 inches, and 2.5% body fat, while maintaining 97% of his lean body mass. He’s also performing better in workouts and on the bike, feels strong and light, and found some sound nutritional protocols to support the long biking journey ahead of him.
