As a NICU nurse, Caitlin cares for vulnerable newborn children that require intensive nurturing. These young patients are typically born prematurely or with some type of illness or developmental defect, which can sometimes lead to long stays in the NICU. Caitlin McClary, RN, attended Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and was awarded her nursing degree with Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society induction in 2011. She is presently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio projected for completion in 2020.
