There are still spots left in this Friday's sessions focusing on how to structure your brief and arguments to catch a judge's attention and change the trajectory of your case. This Friday's three sessions are the last of the nine scheduled this month, so don't miss this final opportunity to participate in the series your colleagues are raving about.
Join retired SSA ALJ and ALJ-trainer Gina Carpenter as she pulls back the curtain to reveal what judges really think about your briefs and opening statements and what you can do to strengthen your arguments and improve your chances of persuading the judge.
Space is limited to 35 participants per session, ensuring plenty of time for Q&A directly with Judge Carpenter. Your LAST chances to attend are THIS FRIDAY, December 19, 2025, at 9am, 11am, or 1pm Eastern. Spots are limited and filling quickly, so don't delay – secure your spot today!
These sessions are designed as interactive training sessions and thus have not been pre-approved for CLE credit; however, depending on your state rules, you may be able to self-submit the course after the fact. Please reach out to NOSSCR with any questions.
