Today in this technology driven lifestyle most of our work has confined us around our desk and taking good care of health has become more important than before. Practising Yoga helps us not only staying fit physically and mentally but also in developing compassion, kindness and optimism. As we all know Yoga is an ancient art for the development and harmony of the body, mind and spirit. It empowers

us by bringing the sense of peace and wellbeing within us. But as our life has become much more occupied than before and taking out time for our own health remains a big challenge. Our years of practice and teaching has made us realise that instead of just preaching yoga postures it is better to conduct yoga sessions in an engaging and fun way which is worth more in your limited time and create an everlasting experience. Since 2012, HAPPINESS YOGA teaches Authentic Traditional Yoga as per Sivananda lineage and conducts regular Yoga classes for Beginners level as well as for Advance practitioners. Our Yoga practice includes Pranayama (breathing), simple postures, Principal postures, advance postures, flexibility exercises, stretching, flow yoga, Meditation, Track Kriya (lamp gazing), Hatha Yoga, Chanting, Japa yoga and various happiness events.

The abdominal fat decreases by the practice of Mayurasana and the power of the muscles of the shoulder and hands increases as the total body weight is lifted by the hands. The persons suffering from diabetes are benefited much by the practice of Mayurasana.

On 50th birthday of Shaishav (co-founder, Happiness Yoga LLC) a great “Maha Satsang” was organised in loving memories of most popular, radiant, vibrant, renowned Yogacharya and Vedant scholar Sri Sri Swami Adhyatmananda Saraswati ji Maharaj, president of Sivananda Ashram (Ahmedabad)
His biography and experiences were shared by Pujya Rupa ma and pujya Manishbhai Majmudar, Co-founders of Sri SaiShiva Chaitanya Trust, (Ranapur Ashram).
Shaishav & Sunita of Happiness Yoga also shared their experiences with His Holiness Swamiji maharaj.

Program concluded with Dinner party.

We celebrated it at Burke lake park on Saturday 19th Jun and our long time practitioner got together after one year.
