Join Mary's Center and Help Me Grow DC for a FREE Safe Sleep & Family Wellness Class designed for parents and caregivers of infants! This engaging workshop helps you create safer sleep environments, so your baby rests safely & you rest easier.
🛏️ Who’s Eligible?
• DC residents who are pregnant to 12 months postpartum and their families
🎁 Why You Should Come:
• Earn a certificate for a FREE cribette (Eligible Wards 7 & 8 parents , 8 months pregnant to baby under 1)
• Receive a car seat voucher (limited availability)
• Learn what’s safe (and not) when baby sleeps
• Get resources and connect with community support

Mary's Center Bilingual Health Access Program (BHAP) provides step-by-step assistance to applying for public benefits. The deadline to apply for DC Healthcare Alliance is approaching! It is a commonly known fact that DC has a housing crisis. But... Did you know that when we asked our participants accessing social services what their top barriers to well-being are in their lives, they said: 1. Employment 2. Learning English 3. Affordable Housing. That is right! Families do need affordable housing, but they cannot afford housing without an income or the ability to secure employment.
