Short ribs for the Jewish new year. Step 1 is a big sack of perfectly cut beef ribs from The Organic Butcher. Those bearded fellas are maestros with butcher knives . Then seasoned flour and brown em up. Deglaze with the good stuff and into the Dutch oven at 250 degrees. A mere 8 hours later….it’s all done! The bonus is that the house smells like my grandmothers house used to smell for a few days!!!!! Amazing how certain smells bring back vivid memories. Happy new year to all who celebrated….and even to those who didn’t! We are always accepting new members, so don’t be shy😂
