Leaving the house with kids can be stressful. Adding an infant to the mix certainly can fuel the fire. Preparation is really key. When it inevitable goes downhill (because there will be that one day when everyone is cranky) patience will be your best friend.

I’m Courtney and this is my little family. My partner Kyle and kids Lenox, Selah, and baby August.

I’ve been passionate about infants since I was 12 years old when I’d volunteer to help out with the babies of family friends. That passion has grown into supporting parents as they get their footing. As a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, sleep consultant, and mom I am intimately familiar with the barrage of information and judgement out there in the mean internet streets and how overwhelming that can be.

Alright y’all. I know I have been so so MIA. I have to be honest, pregnancy absolutely does me in for at least the first 4 months and with this babe it’s looking like 5 or more.

I’ve also never done pregnancy with a toddler. Whew. It’s a lot. We’re here though and hope to grace your timeline with more tips and support.
