I got a new gym bag… and somehow it turned into a life lesson 😂 Stick with me, I promise it works.🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

At first I was scared to switch bags.
“What if it don’t feel right?”
“What if I forget something?”
“What if… I lose my drive?”

But then I realized—
Every level requires a new bag.

Old bag carried fear.
New bag carries progress, snacks, straps, and questionable life decisions.

Moral of the story:
If you’re scared to change… you probably need a bigger bag.

Some days you’re not lifting weights… you’re just lifting all your problems like a full-body workout 😂💭
Out here sweating my entire ass off, rethinking my life choices, my goals, and why I ever said “cardio sounds fun.”
Didn’t touch a single dumbbell, but still got a hell of a workout messing with my own thoughts and trying not to pass out 💀💦
But hey… progress is progress.

✨ Birthday reflections 🌊💫
Took a solo road trip to the waterfalls for my birthday — just me, the open road, and nature doing its thing 🌿🚗💦.
It was peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what I needed. Ended it all surrounded by family, friends, and the ones I love most ❤️

Big shoutout to everyone who sent birthday wishes and messages — I appreciate you all more than you know 🙏🏽
