Demonstration of Lymphatic Self Massage while showering or bathing. Demonstration standing as in a shower. This can also be done sitting in your tub, or outside of the shower, afterwards, on your bed, mat, or towel on the floor area. The shower method allows you to soap up and clean your body using lymphatic strokes to work your lymph system at the same time, integrating it with your daily wash routine. Start using your hands and soap but you can also implement using a wash cloth, sponge, scrunchie, loofa or bath brush. Keeping the technique’s directions in mind, stimulating the node areas with circular motions also help wash those areas thoroughly. Be creative in moving the fluids from back to sides and around shoulders to arm pits, whether your using your hands or cloth or other choices, be gentle. Don’t crush the lymph vessels by pressing down too hard. The pressure should be like the weight of a nickel. For an intimate touch with your partner, try using this technique when washing each other.

Hi all! Introducing myself with a photo: I’m know and usually addressed as MaKRSTN which is a spiritual title that means Mother of Enlightened Consciousness. My name is Sandra Bray. Healing Hands of Alex. Works in concert with Dynamic Wellness and our nonprofit wellness org. called ORMES TEMPLE (www.ormestemple.org)

I have 40+ years in Enhanced Body Work Therapies including Therapeutic Massage (LCMT) and Energy Work Modalities. I am known for Trance Massage/Energy Channeling drawing from a wide array of technique.

I teach meditation and coach on holistic living, enhancing and empowering relationships, first within self, expanding to our significant partners, families, communities and world. I deal with enhancing intimacy along all levels of relationships and expanding our human potential learning to better manage our animal instincts and ego programs. These are not bad things, as they can be of great service to us. Yet they do need to be understood and managed by our higher conscious awareness. This is the Dynamic of the a Creator/Creature relationship existing in all of us.

Balance is key. Love is a powerful component over apathy.
